Sean is a proven business executive with 15+ years of experience building partnerships that drive mutual growth across the CPG, Retail and Technology industries. As General Manager, Canada and Retail, at Numerator, Sean leads the development of Numerator’s consumer panel and technology in Canada. Under his leadership, Numerator has built the largest and most representative shopper data source in Canada, becoming trusted partners with more than 40 leading consumer goods and retail companies in just 2 years.
Before Numerator, Sean was the Chief Business Officer for Flipp, a North American retail technology company that connects retailers and brands to millions of active shoppers through the next generation mobile marketplace. Sean has also held Senior Executive and Management positions in several multi-national manufacturing companies including; MARS Canada, GlaxoSmithKline (now Hayleon), and Procter & Gamble. Outside of the business, Sean spends his time either traveling, kayaking or, more and more often it seems, supporting his two daughters in their schooling or sports.
Eric drives transformative growth through technology enablement, opening new markets and building and acquiring new capabilities. Previously, Eric served as President & CEO for InnerWorkings, a leading global marketing execution firm. Eric was the key executive in building it from a small, regional, private company of $30 million in annual revenue to a global public company with $1.2 billion in revenue and physical operations in over 30 countries. Eric currently sits on the board of directors of Tempus and Fooda, and is an investor and adviser at Lightbank, an early-stage technology venture fund.
Kelly leads the Numerator data and product teams that are focused on capturing consumer behavior, democratizing access to data and shortening the speed-to-insight. Kelly also has responsibility for Numerator’s influencer, marketing and content teams which harness the power of its data to help identify new growth for brands and retailers. Prior to Numerator, Kelly led the digital transformation at $1B+ NYSE, VC-backed and Berkshire Hathaway owned companies.
Regan brings extensive experience in finance, strategy, and business operations to lead Numerator’s global finance functions. Prior to Numerator, Regan held numerous roles in her time with Vista Equity Partners, led business transformation, sales ops, corporate development, training, facilities, and IT as the SVP of Business Operations at Mediaocean, and spent seven years as an investment banking analyst with William Blair & Company.
Lisa Gosselin is a proven executive and go-to-market strategist for high-growth data analytics and ad tech companies across several industries and verticals, including consumer packaged goods and retail. As Chief Revenue Officer at Numerator, Gosselin leads the commercial and sales strategy/enablement organization responsible for the strategic long-term growth of all new and existing verticals across the Numerator portfolio.
Gosselin has driven the commercial strategy and exponential growth at multiple venture-backed companies that achieved successful exits. As a result, she was named as one of the top executive female leaders by Progressive Grocer receiving the “Top Executive Women in Grocery” award in 2010. She is also involved in several groups that promote diversity in the workplace and served on the board of directors for the Network of Executive Women Southern California region, where she was a founding board member.
Teresa brings a wealth of experience in driving integrated human resources programs for high-growth companies. At Numerator, Teresa manages Talent Management, Acquisition, and Employee Development as partners to the business to achieve organizational objectives and growth goals. Prior to Numerator, Teresa held executive human resources roles for Marketo, Cvent (formerly Lanyon), and Sunquest Information Systems.
Joshua is recognized for blending technology innovation and engineering delivery across industries, scaling up systems and managing global teams and operations. Previously, Joshua led engineering and innovation teams at Narvar and Capital One Labs, following the acquisition of Bankons, where he was a co-founder. Joshua is a long time Silicon Valley resident, having grown up among the business and bytes of the Bay Area.
